He has successfully represented corporate and individual clients in complex commercial, estate, and bankruptcy and insolvency litigation before every level of the Ontario civil courts. Colby has special expertise in bills of exchange law: he argued and won the landmark case Teva Canada Ltd. v. TD Canada Trust in the Supreme Court of Canada.
